Impact’s Slammiversary 2021 gets a date

Impact Wrestling announced that the Slammiversary pay-per-view will take place on Saturday, July 17. The company had previously advertised the show for July but did not mention a specific date.

The same commercial that aired last month featuring quick glimpses of Samoa Joe, Laurel Van Ness, Mickie James, Keiji Mutoh, Naito, and Kazuchika Okada along with the flags of Mexico and Australia was replayed.

Last year’s Slammiversary also featured several former WWE Superstars who were cut following WrestleMania 36.

No location has been announced for the pay-per-view yet although Impact has been filming all their shows at the Skyway Studios in Nashville, Tennessee since the pandemic began.
