McKenzie Mitchell returns to TNA as ring announcer

McKenzie Mitchell returned to TNA Wrestling last night at Genesis and did ring announcing for show.

Mitchell, who worked for TNA between 2016 and 2019, moved to WWE where she was the backstage interviewer for NXT but that run came to an end in 2023 when she was released by the company. Her husband, NXT commentator Vic Joseph, remained as part of the broadcast team.

“Call it a homecoming,” Mitchell wrote in a post on social media, showing off her pink outfit backstage.

TNA had an opening in the ring announcing department as the previous one, Jade Chung, left the company as well.
