New X Division and Knockout champions crowned on Impact

Two new champions were crowned on last night’s episode of Impact on POP TV.

The first title change came in the X Division when DJ Z defeated Trevor Lee, Andrew Everett, Mandrews, Braxton Sutter, and Rockstar Spud in an Ultimate X match. This is DJ Z’s second reign with the X Division title after winning it for the first time in July 2012. The X Division title was vacated during the August 18 edition of Impact by Bobby Lashley.

Maria Kanellis won the Knockouts title in the second title change, defeating Allie. Allie won the title on the August 25 episode of Impact, defeating Jade, Madison Rayne and Marti Bell in a five-way match. Kanellis won the title after instructing Allie to just lay down and allow her to get the pin.
