Pentagon Jr. wins the Impact World title at Redemption

There is a new Impact World champion in town and his name is Pentagon Jr., the 33-year-old Mexican who along with Fenix was added to the Redemption pay-per-view main event after Alberto El Patron was fired from the company.

Pentagon Jr. also happens to be the current Lucha Underground champion, having won the title from Prince Puma at the Ultima Lucha Tres event in a loser leaves Lucha Underground match which aired in October 2017. Prince Puma is now Ricochet in NXT.

The masked luchador has been wrestling professionally since 2007 and worked most of his career with Lucha Libre AAA until the beginning of last year when he quit the company.
