Three former Knockouts champions announced for Impact 1000

Impact Wrestling have started working towards the 1,000th episode of its flagship show which will be celebrated in White Plains, New York, with a taping on Saturday, September 9.

A lot of former stars are expected to show up for the event and the company has already announced that The Beautiful People – the tag team of Velvet Sky and Angelina Love – and Awesome Kong will be part of the broadcast.

Sky’s last involvement with Impact was in 2016 and she is a former two-time Knockouts champion and Knockouts Tag Team champion. Love last wrestled for Impact in 2017 and is a former six-time Knockouts champion and one-time Knockouts Tag Team champion. Kong also last wrestled for Impact in 2016 but returned to be inducted into the Impact Hall of Fame in 2021. She is a former two-time Knockouts champion and former Knockouts Tag Team champion as well.
