TNA: British Boot Camp to launch on Challenge TV on January 1

TNA will launch its British Boot Camp reality-style television series on January 1 in the UK, airing at 10PM on Challenge TV. The second episode will air immediately after the first one ends and then other shows will air every Tuesday throughout the month of January.

The six-part TV show will follow four British wrestlers – 2 males and a set of female twins – who’re trying to win a contract with TNA. At the end of the series, either one of the two males, or the twins, will get a chance to wrestle in front of a home town crowd as TNA rolls into London’s Wembley Arena as part of the UK tour later in the month.

The four individuals on the show are 29 year old Rockstar Spud, 24 year old Marty Scurll, and 24 year old twins Hannah and Holly.

TNA: British Boot Camp is the first non-game show to air on Challenge TV since Sky re-launched it on Freeview last year. “We are confident that this show’s focus on four of Britain’s most promising wrestlers will inspire Challenge’s passionate TNA fans, and draw in a new audience to professional wrestling, as we track their daunting journey from the UK, through TNA boot camp to the high pressure finale in Florida,” said John Jelley, Sky Commissioning Executive for factual and features.
