2021 WWE Draft set for October 1 and October 4 television shows

This year’s WWE draft will be held over an episode of Smackdown and an episode of Raw, starting on Friday, October 1 and concluding on Monday, October 4.

This will be the 16th WWE draft – including the Superstar Shakeups – to be held since the concept started back in 2002. The last two drafts, in 2019 and 2020, were also held in October.

Both episodes of the draft usually get a bump in numbers when it comes to viewership. Last year, Smackdown got 2,017,000 viewers and Raw followed with 1,855,000 for the two draft episodes.

The Smackdown episode will be held in Baltimore at the Royal Farms Arena while the Raw episode will be in Nashville at the Bridgestone Arena.
