2K removes Hulk Hogan from upcoming WWE 2K16 video game

WWE 2K16, the upcoming WWE video game has just lost one of its biggest stars. As expected, Hulk Hogan will not be involved in the game and WWE asked 2K to yank him out.

“We are highly respectful of the way that our partners choose to run their business and manage our partnerships accordingly. We can confirm that Hulk Hogan will not appear in WWE 2K16,” 2K said in a short statement.

WWE has informed all those who have licenses to create WWE apparel and other merchandise that Hulk Hogan should not be part of any future plans as long as there’s a WWE logo on the same merchandise.
