Former ROH champion Adam Cole signs with WWE

Adam Cole, the former three-time ROH champion has signed with WWE and is expected to start with NXT imminently reports PWInsider.com.

Cole, a highly-regarded wrestler on the independent circuit, has wrestled for Ring of Honor, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, Combat Zone Wrestling, and New Japan Pro Wrestling before making his way to NXT.

The 28-year-old former Bullet Club member wrapped up his duties with Ring of Honor in May and was kicked out of the Club by Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks, replacing him with Marty Scurll.

He is the third Ring of Honor guy to come over this year following Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly.
