Alexa Bliss shoots down retirement rumors

Former Raw and Smackdown Women’s champion Alexa Bliss shot down the rumors that have been circulating concerning her retirement.

Bliss, who has been sidelined for the past month due to a concussion she received after she landed on her head following a hip toss from Ronda Rousey, wrote on Twitter, “I’m not going anywhere” with a GIF of Arnold Schwarzenegger saying “I’ll be back.”

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer adds that Bliss suffered multiple concussions in a short period of time and WWE officials had no other option but to hit pause on her in-ring career until she gets better and passes the company’s IMPACT testing.

Bliss was taken out of the Evolution pay-per-view and will not be wrestling at the Survivor Series although she will be the captain of the Raw Women’s team.
