Big E tells TMZ there’s no timeline for return to the ring

TMZ caught up with former WWE Champion Big E in New York City as he was about to be reunited with Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods for an episode of The Drew Barrymore Show which airs today.

Asked if he is nearing an in-ring return, Big E did not have any good news, and said that he does not have a timeline for a comeback.

Acknowledging that everything is healing nicely and the bones are now connected to each other, Big E said that he needs to be smart about a return.

“I didn’t start wrestling to end up in a wheelchair,” E told TMZ. “So I want to make sure I’m making the best decision for myself.”

Big E suffered a broken neck in March 2022 after he was on the receiving end of a belly-to-belly duplex from Ridge Holland on the floor.
