Breaking Ground to be narrated by William Shatner

The first episode of the WWE Breaking Ground series will be offered for free on the WWE Facebook page and the WWE YouTube channel at Noon EST on Sunday, October 25.

The press release says that Breaking Ground will debut in its regular WWE Network timeslot on Monday, October 26 immediately following Monday Night Raw however the WWE Network schedule for Sunday, October 25, still lists the show airing right after Hell In A Cell.

Narrated by legendary actor and voiceover artist William Shatner, Breaking Ground gives viewers access to the WWE Performance Center, chronicling what it takes to become a WWE Superstar. The 10-episode series is produced by WWE and 3 Ball Entertainment.

“Ever since I tossed the legendary Jerry “The King” Lawler out of the ring, I’ve been enamored with WWE,” said Shatner. “My love affair continues with the new show, Breaking Ground.”

Shatner is the second Hollywood artist who has been tasked with doing voice-over work for the WWE Network. Film and voice actor Keith David narrated the whole The Monday Night War: WWE vs. WCW series on the Network.
