Carlos Colon joining the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2014

The newest member of the WWE Hall of Fame to be announced on Smackdown this Friday is Carlos Colon.

The 65 year old Puerto Rican has only wrestled for the WWE once at the 1993 Royal Rumble however he made a couple of TV appearances during the past years.

Colon’s career started in 1966 and co-founded Capitol Sports Promotions and the World Wrestling Council in Puerto Rico where he was their Heavyweight champion for a total of 26 times.

He is the father of former WWE Superstar Carlito and current WWE Superstar Primo, who know wrestles as one of the Los Matadores.
