Not to piss off the British crowd, WWE had Paige win the Divas battle royal last night on Raw and become the number one contender for the Divas title but apparently the company has now decided to pull a bait and switch.

Paige is listed as unable to wrestle until further notice after suffering from “internal injuries” during the attack by Naomi, effectively pulling her out of the Extreme Rules match against Nikki Bella.

Naomi is most likely to get the spot now with Paige written out. Paige was the only Brit to get over last night as both Barrett and Neville lost their respective matches.
