CM Punk chooses Raw, announces he is entering the Royal Rumble match

CM Punk chose Monday Night Raw last night and is now a full member of the red roster.

Punk said that Adam Pearce put a better package than Nick Aldis or Shawn Michaels for him and he wants to right some wrongs. He said that the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse was the place where he made his debut and then sent to OVW and then was kicked in the head by Randy Orton and stripped off the World Heavyweight title.

His segment was interrupted by Seth Rollins, who told CM Punk not to call this place his home as he has done nothing for the past decade apart from thrashing this place and everyone associated with it. Rollins added that this was his home and he will protect it by doing everything he can to keep individuals like CM Punk away from it, telling Punk that he hates him with every fiber of his being.

Punk then announced that he is entering in the Royal Rumble match and maybe he will go after Seth Rollins’ title when he wins it. He becomes the second man in the Rumble after Cody Rhodes announced last week that he is throwing his name into the match as well.
