CM Punk’s segment on Raw hits 2.2 million viewers

The segment between CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, and WWE World Heavyweight champion Seth “Freakin” Rollins brought in the views on Monday Night Raw as their quarter hour segment hit 2.2 million viewers, the highest of the show.

The 2.2 million figure represents a 500,000-viewer increase over the average that the show did on Monday night and even scored a big 0.71 rating in 18-49. As a comparison, the three-hour broadcast did a 0.57 average in that particular demo.

Punk had some fun on Instagram, writing “We set records” on gate, merchandise, swears, and amount of time it took to leave the parking lot.

“Thank you. All 85K (turnstile count from Chicago delegation) of you that came to the show last night,” Punk wrote, obviously a dig at the All In attendance.

He then wrote, “Just kidding. Don’t get upset. Chicago delegation would not lie to you,” as another AEW dig, quoting the attendance of 14,950 paid and a total of 15,431 including comped tickets.

“Wanted to deliver while injured and felt like I did. Chicago is the best. Love you all,” he concluded.
