Dabba-Kato resurfaces at WrestleMania, aligns with Apollo Crews

Babatunde Aiyegbusi, who appeared on Raw Underground under the name of Dabba-Kato, resurfaced yesterday at WrestleMania, aligning himself with Apollo Crews and helping crews win the Intercontinental title.

The 32-year-old was dressed in military uniform when he attacked Big E from behind during the Nigerian Drum fight. PWInsider.com reported yesterday that his new name will be Azeez after WWE filed to trademark the name Commander Azeez.

He has been signed to a WWE deal since 2016 but rarely made it on television. He did appear once at the Greatest Royal Rumble in Saudi and then was a weekly fixture on the Raw Underground gimmick in summer of 2020 until the whole concept was nixed.

Born in Poland to a Polish mother and Nigerian father, he is a former American football player where he played in Europe. He was signed to the Minnesota Vikings but was cut before the 2015 season.
