Dean Ambrose off WWE television to film new WWE Studios movie

Dean Ambrose was written off WWE television on last night’s RAW as he will be starting filming the movie Lockdown this month.

WWE announced last week that Ambrose was cast as the lead character of the WWE Studios and Lionsgate latest partnership movie and that production was going to start this month.

To explain his time away from television, Ambrose was violently curb-stomped by Rollins through some cinder blocks which Kane exposed from under a table at ringside.

The WWE.COM “injury update” says that Ambrose refused treatment after the show and went “missing” after escaping WWE medical personnel.
