Drew McIntyre regains the WWE title on Monday Night Raw

Randy Orton’s 14th title reign came to a quick end as last night he lost the title to Drew McIntyre in the main event of Monday Night Raw.

A Claymore Kick was enough to take Orton out in the no disqualification, no count-out match and secure the pinfall for the Scottish Superstar, who is now on his second WWE title reign.

With this win, McIntyre now will go to Survivor Series to take on Universal champion Roman Reigns in a non-title match. The two teased the encounter last week when McIntyre showed up on Smackdown and interrupted Reigns and later took on Jey Uso.

Orton lasted just 22 days with the title after winning it at Hell In A Cell on October 25.
