Drew McIntyre wins MITB and cashes in…unsuccessfully!

Drew McIntyre won the Money In The Bank ladder match and cashed in – unsuccessfully – during the WWE World Heavyweight title match between Damian Priest and Seth Rollins.

McIntyre came out seconds after Priest failed to kick out of a three count and was only saved by the referee who stopped his count at two in an obvious botch. McIntyre handed his briefcase and the match was officially turned into a three-way match.

But just as about he was going to win, CM Punk came out and attacked McIntyre, hitting him several times with a chair, choking him out with a wire, and then hitting him in the head with the title.

The champion then hit his South of Heaven finisher on McIntyre and covered him for the pinfall as Punk sat with his legs crossed on the announce table admiring his work.

Seth Rollins was pissed off at CM Punk and had to be restrained by Corey Graves. Rollins not winning the title now means that he can no longer challenge for the title as long as Priest is the champion.
