NXT is going to get Rated R tonight as Edge will be dropping by the show live on USA Network, possibly to pay a visit to NXT champion Finn Balor.

“In Orlando to visit my wife. Then I had a thought, @WWENXT needs to get #RatedR,” Edge tweeted yesterday evening. This will be the first time that Edge will be appearing on the black and gold brand.

With winning the Royal Rumble, Edge now has to choose a title to go after at WrestleMania. Edge has already warned WWE champion Drew McIntyre on Raw this past Monday and will be on Smackdown as well to face off with Roman Reigns.

NXT will be going up against AEW’s Beach Break tonight so Edge’s appearance is also tied to that.
