Royal Rumble winner Edge will be returning on Smackdown this coming Friday night on FOX as his quest to choose a title for his WrestleMania match continues.

This will be Edge’s first appearance on Smackdown since his return as he has been strictly a Raw Superstar for now. The show Smackdown was synonymous with the Rated R Superstars for a long time as he was on that brand for several years back in the day.

Edge appeared on Raw last night to warn Drew McIntyre and later in the night defeated Randy Orton in the main event. Edge is expected to challenge Roman Reigns for the Universal title at WrestleMania 37.

Edge is a former 11-time world champion, with four reigns with the WWE Championship and seven reigns with the World Heavyweight Championship.
