Edge vs The Miz set for Day 1 in Atlanta

Another match for the Day 1 pay-per-view was confirmed during Monday Night Raw and will feature two recently-returning WWE Superstars going head-to-head.

During the Miz TV segment, The Miz challenged Edge to a one-on-one match on the January 1 pay-per-view, a challenge which was quickly accepted by the WWE Hall of Famer. Edge labeled Miz as “an ass” during the show after Miz went over how years ago when he needed Edge’s help and kindness after he was kicked out of the locker room, he was more interesting in keeping his spot rather than helping him.

There are currently four matches on the show so far including this one along with Big E vs Seth Rollins vs Kevin Owens for the WWE title, Roman Reigns vs Brock Lesnar for the Universal title, and The Usos vs The New Day for the Smackdown Tag Team titles.
