Fan attacks Seth Rollins on Monday Night Raw

Another fan managed to jump the security barrier yesterday and attacked Seth Rollins during Monday Night Raw.

The fan speared Rollins, who was heading to the back following his segment with Finn Balor, after coming in from a blind corner and Rollins immediately grabbed him in a headlock and the two sparred as referees tried to get him off. The production team in the truck quickly cut to a replay as soon as the fan came on screen and WWE security just as quickly took out the fan by the time the replay was over.

Rollins was visibly upset, screaming at him, and it took a dozen security officials and referees to control the assailant. Fans chanted “F*ck him up” but Rollins never laid a hand on him.

“WWE takes the safety of its performers very seriously. The individual who attacked Seth Rollins has been turned over to the NYPD and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” a WWE statement read later.

This is not the first time that someone tried to attack Rollins and it has happened a few times before.
