The NXT Great American Bash premium live event has got its main event after Ilja Dragunov beat Bron Breakker in a number one contenders match for the NXT title last night on the USA Network broadcast.

With this win, Dragunov now goes on to meet NXT champion Carmelo Hayes on July 30. Dragunov is a former NXT UK champion but has not won any titles since coming to the United States.

Another title match was also announced for The Great American Bash with Wes Lee defending the North American title against Mustafa Ali assuming Lee can retain the title against Dominik Mysterio on next week’s show.

The Great American Bash takes place at the H-E-B Center in Cedar Park, Texas. Tickets are available now on Ticketmaster.com with prices ranging from $23 to $208 for ringside.
