James Storm absent from this week’s NXT television tapings

Former TNA champion James Storm was not part of the NXT television tapings on Thursday so it will be at least another month before Storm is back on NXT TV assuming he’s part of the next set of tapings.

In an interview with WWE.COM, Storm said it’s up to the “suits” to make the decision of whether to bring him back or not. According to multiple sources, Storm has not signed a deal yet but it’s pretty obvious that if that deal is offered, Storm will for sure take it.

The “Cowboy” said that he showed up at the NXT event in Nashville after he got the go ahead from Road Dogg but was told to stay out of sight so he ended up watching the whole show from backstage. He was then told by WWE Performance Center head coach Matt Bloom to travel to Florida and after a talk with Triple H at the NXT Takeover: Respect, the decision was made to appear at the tapings the following day.
