John Cena returning on Memorial Day Raw next month

John Cena is ready to come back to Monday Night Raw and the man himself has announced that he will be making his return on the Memorial Day Raw at the end of next month.

Cena underwent shoulder surgery in early January and was set to be out for the majority of the year. The former WWE champion however surprised everyone and made a cameo appearance at WrestleMania 32, teaming up with The Rock to take out the Wyatt Family.

“They said the surgery recovery time is 9 months, but I’m ready to go in 5. This #MemorialDay Cena is back on #Raw,” Cena tweeted today. He last appeared on Raw on the December 28 episode.

The Memorial Day Raw will take place on May 30 at the Resch Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
