John Cena to team up with Kevin Owens vs Bloodline in final Smackdown of 2022

John Cena will be having his first match of 2022 on the December 30 live episode of Friday Night Smackdown on FOX.

The leader of the Cenation will be teaming up with Kevin Owens to take on Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn in a tag team match.

The match was setup during the broadcast when Reigns informed Adam Pearce to make a tag match with him and Zayn against Owens and any partner of his choosing.

The end of the show saw Cena appearing in a video message, saying that he had gotten a text from Owens who informed him that he had at least one match every year for the past 20 years and this year he had none. Owens then asked Cena if he wants to tag up and take down the Bloodline.

A fired up Cena said that every holiday deserves a surprise and this is a main event that can’t be missed. “Hell yes I’m going to be there. Hell yes I am going to be your partner,” Cena said to a big ovation from the Chicago crowd.

“Cenaclause is coming to town ho ho ho holy sh*t,” Cena continued as he ran off screen!

Sami Zayn looked worried in the ring but Reigns laughed and did not seem that bothered.
