John Morrison reports to WWE Performance Center ahead of TV return

The recently re-signed John Morrison has reported to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida to shrug off any ring rust he might have accumulated over the past couple of months.

“There’s another place in Orlando that claims to be the happiest place on earth. But they don’t have 6 sweet @wwe rings like the @wwepc,” Morrison wrote in a post on Instagram.

The former Impact champion posted a few photos and videos of him training in the ring as he awaits his official call to show up on Raw or Smackdown…or NXT. Morrison described the PC as “epic” and said he couldn’t imagine a better place to get used to the WWE ring again. “8 years since I’ve been in a @WWE ring. Real ropes ain’t the same as the cables I’ve been doing my stuff on since I’ve been away,” he added.

Morrison signed a new multi-year contract with WWE earlier this month. He has not wrestled inside a WWE ring since 2011.
