Jonathan Coachman says he’ll be at SummerSlam

ESPN’s Jonathan Coachman, known better as The Coach while in WWE, has teased an appearance at SummerSlam in a tweet today.

“So next weekend does anyone know of anything to do in Brooklyn. Don’t have anything on my schedule,” Coachman wrote before adding, ”No wait… Yes I do. #SS”

When asked if he will be on the air, the ESPN SportsCenter anchor said that he’s not just going to be a spectator.

The Coach left WWE in 2008 after a ten year career with the company where he served as a backstage interviewer, commentator, and presenter. He has not appeared on WWE television since then but has interviewed John Cena, The Rock, and Vince McMahon on ESPN duties over the years.
