King and Queen of the Ring first round matches continue on Smackdown

Smackdown returns live tonight on FOX from the Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania where just like on Raw, the King and Queen of the Ring first round matches will be the focus of the show.

Six tournament matches have been announced for the broadcast including Randy Orton vs AJ Styles in the main event, Tama Tonga vs Angelo Dawkins, Carmelo Hayes vs Baron Corbin, Bianca Belair vs Candice LaRae, Jade Cargill vs Piper Niven, and Naomi vs Nia Jax.

One other men’s match remains in the tournament from Smackdown’s side featuring LA Knight vs Santos Escobar and there’s also an unannounced match in the women’s tournament which the participants were not revealed.
