Kurt Angle to wrestle final match at WrestleMania 35

WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle will hang up his wrestling boots once and for all after he wrestles one final match at WrestleMania 35.

The announcement came from Angle himself last night on Raw which was followed by a match against Apollo Crews in his hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

No opponent was named and at this point it remains unclear who will be wrestling Angle in his last match.

When Kurt returned to WWE a few years ago, his aim was to return to the ring. That happened a dozen of times as even during his tenure as Raw General Manager, he still wrestled occasionally especially at non-televised events. He was given a prominent role at WrestleMania last year teaming up with Ronda Rousey and will once again have an important match on this year’s card.
