Mick Foley off WWE television till first Raw of 2017

Ryan Satin of ProWrestlingSheet.com is reporting that Mick Foley will not be appearing on WWE television for the rest of the month and will be back on the first Raw of 2017 which falls on January 2.

Foley has not been suspended according to WWE and a statement given to PWS reads, “Mick is taking time off to spend the holidays with his family and do his volunteer work as Santa. He has not been released or fired.” Foley was part of one of the most heated exchanges on television last week with Sami Zayn, then granting him the match against Braun Strowman for tomorrow’s Roadblock. His time off means that we will not see the fallout from that segment, at least not until he’s back.

As all of you know, Mick Foley is a big Christmas fan and does a lot of work as Santa.
