Naomi returns, added to Smackdown Women’s title match at WrestleMania

Naomi made her return on Smackdown last night following approximately 40 days on the sidelines with a knee injury.

The 29-year-old Florida native won the Smackdown Women’s title at the Elimination Chamber last month but then had to forfeit the title a week later on the February 21 edition of Smackdown after it was revealed that she would be out for several weeks, if not months.

Naomi started intense physical therapy to try and get back in time for WrestleMania, which is taking place from her home town of Orlando. Now, the former member of The Funkadactyls has been added to the Smackdown Women’s title match with Alexa Bliss defending the title also against Mickie James, Natalya, Becky Lynch, and Carmella.
