Total Bellas, the new reality TV series on E!, kicks off tonight at 8PM EST with the first episode titled The Cena House Rules.

The synopsis for the first episode reads, “In the series premiere, Brie and Bryan move into John Cena’s house to take care of Nikki after her surgery, but John’s strict house rules have the Bella family walking on eggshells to keep him happy.”

Total Bellas features the cast of Nikki Bella, Brie Bella, John Cena, Daniel Bryan, along with the family of the Bella Twins including their mother and her husband, WWE’s John Laurinaitis.

There will only be six one-hour episodes of Total Bellas as the cast is also involved in the shooting of Total Divas. Total Bellas is produced by WWE and Bunim-Murray Productions. Gil Goldschein, Jeff Jenkins and Russell Jay are Executive Producers for Bunim/Murray Productions. Kevin Dunn is Executive Producer for WWE.
