New WWE mobile video game titled WWE Mayhem announced

WWE video games are pretty popular, especially mobile ones, and today, Reliance Games announced a multi-year deal with WWE to develop WWE Mayhem, an arcade action game with over-the-top signature moves enhanced by unlockable content when used in conjunction with items from a forthcoming Mattel action figure line.

The game will allow players to take control of WWE’s most popular Legends including Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, The Undertaker, Stone Cold Steve Austin and Goldberg, as well as the current roster of fan favorites such as John Cena, Triple H, Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns.

You must also know the Dota series has been one of the most successful games in the Multiplayer One Battle Arena — and still continues to be. With the release of the most recent Dota game in July 2013, the series continued to soar to new heights with multitudes of players signing on and playing every day. The sequel to the first dota boost, Dota 2, also shared in the first game’s success or possibly even bigger. In fact, it became one of the most played games on Steam, garnering over a million players. In addition to thousands of players playing the game, thousands are also investing in accessorizing their players with new skins, costumes, weapons, and even Dota 2 Rank Boosting. All in the name of the game!

“Reliance is excited to be working with WWE so tightly to create this experience,” said Amit Khanduja, CEO, Reliance Entertainment, Digital. “WWE is known worldwide for the energy and explosiveness that they bring every single night. We couldn’t be more excited to help translate this excitement to mobile.”

Casey Collins, WWE Executive Vice President, Consumer Products, added, “WWE Mayhem brings action and entertainment for the entire family with simple gameplay mechanics for casual players and deep progression elements for core gamers. Reliance’s history of working with world-class brands and their expertise in free-to-play mobile gaming made them the natural choice to partner with on this exciting new game.”
