Nine new recruits start training at the WWE Performance Center

The new WWE Performance Center class was officially announced by WWE yesterday, led by Keith Lee, Deonna Purrazzo, and Io Shirai.

These three top talent were joined by six other athletes – three males and three females – who round up this class.

The newest recruits include amateur wrestler Denzel Dejournette, 7-foot former Chinese boxer Taishan Dong, former British rugby player Luke Menzies, former basketball player Lacey Lane, gymnast Lacey Lane, and indie wrestler MJ Jenkins.

These nine recruits have started training at the WWE Performance Center and will be showing up slowly at non-televised NXT events and those already with a lot of experience on NXT television in the weeks to come.
