NXT live event in San Jose on 11/15 changed to a television taping

The previously announced NXT non-televised live event set for Thursday, November 15 in San Jose, California has been changed to an NXT television taping.

The show will be held at the San Jose State University Events Center and tickets are available now at NXTtickets.com. This show will take place just two days before NXT Takeover: WarGames II at the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles on the eve of the Survivor Series.

With all the tapings leading up to WarGames done, this TV taping will be for the post-Takeover NXT TV show. Usually WWE holds a set of tapings after a Takeover show on a Wednesday but this time around they won’t be doing any filming until November 28, which means they have to tape two shows to fill the gap between Takeover and the next tapings at Full Sail University. A few matches are also taped before Takeover goes on the air which would then air as the next episode.
