WWE will be holding NXT tapings tonight at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida, the first set of tapings since the death of the American Dream Dusty Rhodes who was a big part of NXT and the WWE Performance Center and just 24 hours after his funeral service.
A large group of Performance Center students and NXT regulars attended the funeral service yesterday, arriving together in two big buses. Rhodes often referred to them as his “NXT kids” and had a huge part in developing and helping almost every one of them.
A month worth of shows will be taped tonight starting at 6PM EST and the show – as always – is sold out. While there’s a schedule for NXT shows going up to July 31, there’s no other date set for the next television tapings although most likely that will fall on July 16.
