NXT’s Oney Lorcan breaks orbital bone and requires surgery

Oney Lorcan, who tag teams with Danny Burch at NXT, will be out for an undetermined amount of time after he suffered a broken orbital bone in his right eye at NXT Takeover: Chicago II.

Lorcan and Burch wrestled The Undisputed Era in a fantastic match for the NXT Tag Team titles but came up short in their quest to win the gold.

The 32-year-old Boston native requires facial surgery to repair the problem, keeping him out of action for quite a while. Lorcan did not appear at the NXT television tapings that followed the Takeover show at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida last Thursday.
