Pat McAfee thankful to be back with NXT family

Speaking on his show, Pat McAfee said that he, Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch sent shockwaves through the wrestling community and can’t wait to see how this all plays out and can’t wait to watch it unfold.

McAfee helped Lorcan and Burch become NXT Tag Team champions last night on NXT on USA Network after two members of The Undisputed Era were taken out during the broadcast by a mystery man. That mystery man was McAfee, who unmasked at the end of the show to mock the group.

“I can’t wait to tell the wrestling community that they’re the worst humans on the planet which I will do on a very regular basis on a run here,” McAfee joked.

But the former NFL player was grateful to be back with NXT after appearing for a few weeks in late May and early June to promote his match against Adam Cole.

“Obviously very thankful to be back with the NXT family, the greatest sports entertainment, professional wrestling brand going on earth right now,” McAfee said.
