Revolution Pro Wrestling in UK to host one qualifying match for Cruiserweight Series

Revolution Pro Wrestling in the United Kingdom announced that they will host one qualifying match for the WWE Global Cruiserweight Series joining EVOLVE and PROGRESS Wrestling.

The date and event for this qualifier have not been announced yet with RPW saying that they will announce details soon. “What we can say right now is that it’s an honor to have been selected as one of the global partners for this tournament and we are very excited for the opportunity to share our product with fans across the globe,” said a statement on their website.

EVOLVE will host the U.S. portion of the qualifying tournament while PROGRESS Wrestling will host two matches in the UK as well. The final 32 competitors will move to Orlando for the tournament at Full Sail University, all of which will be taped for the WWE Network.

The show is expected to start airing sometime in July.
