Rhea Ripley wins the 2023 women’s Royal Rumble match

After coming close to winning it in 2021, Rhea Ripley finally won the women’s Royal Rumble match and she did it after coming out at #1.

Ripley was joined by the returning Asuka, Nikki Cross, and Liv Morgan, who herself came in at #2, to make the final four.

Cross was eliminated first and then Asuka was kicked out by Ripley who had just avoided green mist in her face. Unfortunately for Morgan, it was her who ended up on the receiving end of the mist and a minute later she was spectacularly thrown out after Ripley hung on to the ropes.

Fans inside the Alamodome approved of the win and gave Ripley a big ovation after she threw Morgan out.

The Judgment Day member now has a choice to make: to go either for the Raw or Smackdown Women’s title at WrestleMania 39.
