ROH Women’s champion Rok-C attends WWE tryout camp

WWE held a tryout this week at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, to select the next class of trainees.

WWE.COM uploaded 50 photos from the camp and among those featured was current ROH Women’s champion Rok-C.

The 20-year-old, real name Carla Gonzalez, was part of the ROH End of an Era pay-per-view last week and walked out of the arena as the ROH Women’s champion. After the match, AAA Reina de Reinas champion and Impact star Deonna Purrazzo confronted her and challenged her in a winner-take-all match at a future Impact Wrestling show.

Rok-C trained under WWE Hall of Famer Booker T when she was 16 years old and wrestled for his promotion Reality of Wrestling before starting appearing for Ring of Honor in 2021.

With ROH pausing all operations for a few months and releasing everyone under contract at the end of this year, Rok-C could start working for WWE pretty much immediately if she’s selected.
