Seth Rollins gets his WWE title rematch at Money In The Bank

The main event for the 2016 Money In The Bank pay-per-view was set last night on Monday Night Raw with the just-returned Seth Rollins taking on Roman Reigns for the WWE World Heavyweight title.

Rollins was given a hero’s welcome on the show with several “welcome back,” “thank you Rollins,” and “yes yes yes” chants however the love quickly vanished as Rollins turned on the fans. After Roman Reigns interrupted the Rollins party and Rollins started heading to the back, Shane McMahon came out to smooth things over and then announced the main event for the next pay-per-view.

Seth Rollins never lost the WWE World Heavyweight title and had to give it up after his unfortunate injury during a non-televised live event in November in Dublin, Ireland. The two were supposed to meet at the Survivor Series later that month for the title.
