Seth Rollins returns to the ring at non-televised live event

WWE World Heavyweight champion Seth Rollins returned to the ring last night at the non-televised live event in Alexandria, Louisiana.

Rollins teamed up with frenemy Cody Rhodes as they took on The Bloodline’s Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa. The finish saw Rollins deliver a big stomp on Jimmy and Cody then hit the Cross Rhodes on Solo Sikoa before Rollins covered Uso for the pinfall victory.

The was Seth’s first match since the January 15 episode of Raw where he defeated Jinder Mahal to retain the title. He suffered a knee injury in that match and has been out of action ever since.

Rollins will team up with Cody Rhodes on night one of WrestleMania as they take on Roman Reigns and The Rock in the biggest tag team match in the history of WrestleMania so far.
