Smackdown in the UK moving to earlier time slot on Thursdays

Smackdown in the United Kingdom will be moving to Thursday nights starting this month on Sky Sports.

The move was announced by the WWE UK Twitter account, giving the date of May 26 for the move. The first airing will be at 10PM local time. This means that once again UK fans will get Smackdown before it airs in the United States due to the time difference.

Currently the show airs on Friday nights in the United Kingdom at 11PM. Sky has to reschedule the airing of Main Event which right now airs on Thursdays at 10PM followed by a replay of Raw.
