Smackdown TV report for 10/21/2022

Sheamus with (The Brawling Brutes) VS. Solo Sikoa with (Sami Zayn and the Usos)

Sheamus attempts a Brogue Kick but Solo ducks and catches him with a superkick. Sheamus bounces off the ropes and hits Solo with a knee to the face and goes for the pin, but Sami gets on the ropes and gets the referee’s attention. Brawling Brutes pull Sami down and Sheamus gets a 2 count on Solo. The Usos hit superkicks on both Brawling Brutes members and dumped the announce desk on top of them.

Sheamus flies off the top rope, taking out the Usos. As Sheamus tries to get back in the ring Sami grabs his leg and after Sheamus gets away from Sami, he gets in the ring and gets hit with a Spinning Solo for the win.

Winner: Solo Sikoa

After the match, the Bloodline continue to punish Sheamus by holding his injured left arm against the ring steps and hitting it with chairs.

Rey Mysterio is shown arriving earlier and is met by Imperium. Rey then challenges one of them and Kaiser said he will meet him in the ring.

Bray Wyatt is shown and talks more about not getting to finish his message last week and wants to confess some problems to us all.

Liv Morgan VS. Sonya Deville

The women battled to a double count out as Liv snapped during the match and hammered Sonya’s head into the ring post and steps. Liv then searched under the mat for chairs and then she starts taking the timekeeper’s chairs and throwing them in the ring as Sonya attempts to get to her feet.

Liv then superplexes Sonya onto the stack of chairs.

Winner: Double count-out

Viking Raiders segment is shown.

Braun Strowman – Omos: Face to Face

MVP comes out and Strowman challenges Omos at Crown Jewel and MVP accepts. MVP said he never said Omos wasn’t here and he points to the ramp and Omos comes to the ring. Omos is about a foot taller than Braun. Omos shoves Braun out of the ring, and Braun stands up and just laughs as MVP gets Omos to leave the ringside area.

Kayla Braxton interviews Drew McIntyre and Drew says this thing with Kross has to end and it will be he and Kross in a steel cage match at Crown Jewel.

They show Logan Paul arriving.

Damage Control VS. Shotzi & Raquel Rodriguez for the Women’s Tag Team Championship

After Shotzi is distracted by Bayley, Sky hits a moonsault on Shotzi for the win. Raquel and Kai were outside the ring having fought over the top rope.

Winners and still Women’s Tag Team Champions: Damage Control

Kayla interviews Ronda Rousey and she said she gave it her all and got nothing but hate for it, now she is here for her not the fans.

Rey Mysterio VS. Ludwig Kaiser

While on the outside Rey had a chair and threw it making it look like Gunther hit him. The Referee throws Vinci and Gunther out of the ringside area. Rey hits 619 and a splash and gets the win.

Winner: Rey Mysterio

Update on Sheamus he has a small fracture by his elbow and is still being evaluated.

Logan Paul comes out to the ring. As Logan was cutting his promo, Jey Uso attacks Logan. Sami then comes to the ring and yelling at Jey to get out of the ring. Jey pretends to leave but then runs after Logan again, but Logan moves and hits Jey with a right-hand knocking Jey out as Sami looks stunned on the apron.
