Sources: Becky Lynch taken off the Survivor Series card due to injuries

After leading the Smackdown women’s roster invasion on Raw, Becky Lynch now finds herself off the Survivor Series card after she was apparently diagnosed with a concussion and broken nose. Multiple sources are reporting that there will be a change in the match and Lynch will not be wrestling.

Lynch, who has reinvented herself as a badass Stone Cold-type persona, was supposed to wrestle the Raw Women’s champion Ronda Rousey and the program between the two has been the most interesting one leading to the Survivor Series.

But as fate would have it, it wasn’t meant to be, at least not at this time. Lynch was on the receiving end of an accidental elbow to the face by Nia Jax which busted her open the hard way. Lynch carried on and her “Irish war paint” – as she described it – made for an even more dramatic look on television.

The website Fightful.com was the first one the break the news and Dave Meltzer of the Observer followed it by saying that Becky has not been cleared to wrestle but WWE has not officially confirmed it yet either.

If there’s a change to the match, it will happen tonight on Smackdown.
