Spin the Wheel, Make a Deal returns for NXT Halloween Havoc special

WWE is loading up the Halloween Havoc NXT special set for October 28 with two title matches announced, both of which are rematches from the Takeover 31 special.

Io Shirai will defend the NXT Women’s title against Candice LaRae and Damian Priest will defend the NXT North American title against Johnny Gargano. The twist is that both matches will have the Spin the Wheel, Make a Deal stipulation.

Spin the Wheel, Make a Deal was something that WCW used at Halloween Havoc years ago to determine which gimmick match is used for a particular match. Shotzi Blackheart, which is hosting Halloween Havoc, revealed the wheel options which include: casket match, blindfold match, buried alive match, coal miner’s glove on a pole match, chamber of horrors, devil’s playground match, TLS match, trick or street fight, Shotzi’s choice, weapons wild match, and boiler room brawl.

Also announced for the show is Rhea Ripley vs Raquel Gonzalez.
